This cake was deeply meaningful—for both me and the client who ordered it. Her father had passed away unexpectedly the year before, and she wanted to honor his memory on his birthday. Together, they had shared countless moments on the golf course, and she requested a golf-themed cake as a tribute to their time together and the love they shared. Now, each time she steps onto the course, she can carry those cherished memories with her, a sweet reminder of a bond that will always remain
Mermaid Cake
This Mermaid Cake was created for a baby shower, inspired by the mother’s love of mermaids. She requested a sophisticated, soft interpretation of the sea, which we brought to life with delicate fondant seashells, pearls, and coral—all individually hand-painted. The mermaid tail was crafted entirely from fondant, with each scale carefully placed and hand-painted to create depth and texture. It was a labor of love, many hours in the making, and an absolute joy to create.
